Freedom Technologies UID Parent Child application allows you to create a relationship between UID items. Simply locate the Parent through a UID scan of the item, which will also display any children the parent already has associated to it, and then simply scan the UID of the Child. Before the Child is added, our UID Mobile application will search the database to make sure the UID is not already attached to another parent to prevent errors. If the UID Mobile Applications are connected to an ErrorProof® server, the UID Parent Child application will also check the contract data to verify the two parts are acceptable as a Parent/Child relationship. This Mobile UID Parent/Child application runs on the Symbol Mobile reader so the work can be done without being tethered to a PC. Once the unit is synchronized the new Parent/Child information is transferred to the designated database.802.11b wireless, Bluetooth and batch capability. |
