By including the Freedom Technologies UID Validation Application on your MC3090 UID and Bar Code reader, you have our time tested validation application which follows the MIL-STD 130M rules for decoding a UID. The UID Validation screen allows you to scan a barcode and display the decoded data. Our UID Validation application will let you know if there are not enough data fields in the UID, extra fields in the UID, incorrect field identifiers or incorrect data size such as a seven digit CAGE code.

Additionally, the kit includes a Bronze 3 year service plan on the UID and Bar Code Reader and 1 year UID Hand Held maintenance contract. The Bronze 3 year service plan provides for product repair at a Symbol-operated facility that employs the same test equipment. Products are diagnosed and restored to factory specifications via: Repairs, alignments, adjustments, and restorations, if appropriate, of any covered products that malfunctions while being used within the operational and environmental parameters specified by Symbol. The Freedom Technologies 1 year UID Hand Held Maintenance contract provides you with technical support and upgrades to keep you running as efficiently as possible.
