MC9090 UID, DPM and Bar Code Reader Kit with Cradle and Cables, CAC Card, Juniper Encryption Software and UID Handheld Software |
GSA Item Number: MC9090 CAC Kit-G
The MC9090 DPM mobile computer is the world’s first and only mobile Direct Part Mark reader/terminal. The MC9090 DPM is designed for mobile UID applications in reading UID for life cycle management activities, shipping, receiving and warehousing. With the ability to read ALL 1D, UID 2D and Direct Part Marks, these DPM readers give users the scanning confidence that is required in today’s fast paced military and logistics environments. Along with reading superiority over expensive camera systems, these new DPM readers offer reliability, superior performance and user friendly ergonomics to improve productivity. Motorola MC9090 DPM readers have 802.11b/g wireless, Bluetooth and batch capability. Combining the MC9090 reader with our Juniper Encryption Software, the CAC (Common Access Card) and our UID Handheld Legacy Software you will find all the resources you need to be compliant with the government standards.
Freedom ID ADVANTAGE™ UID Legacy Handheld
Software Features and Benefits
The Mobile Legacy application is used for gathering UID information on legacy items that need to be submitted to the UID Registry. These items are usually in the possession of government agencies and contractors. Within the Handheld Legacy application is the legacy collect screen to gather UID data by scanning UID items and recording information necessary for sending to the UID registry. Information such as the UID itself, part number, description, whether it is an end item or an embedded item, Parent UID, the Manufacturing ID which provides the CAGE, DODAAC or DUNs of the manufacturer who supplied the equipment, and the Mark ID which is the CAGE, DODAAC or DUNs of the entity that created the mark on the item. Additionally, you will have the Mark Type, Mark Data if using Construct 1 or Construct 2 format or the Mark Value data string if not using Construct 1 or Construct 2 format. Once the gathering process has been completed, the Handheld Legacy application takes the collected data and automatically formats it for entry to the UID Registry.
