Freedom Technologies PC Based UID Validation program is used to insure that a UID mark is readable by the customer as well as validate that the data in Constructs 1 and 2 are correct. Freedom's UID Validation application follows the MIL-STD 130N rules for decoding a UID. Freedom’s UID Validation application, which runs directly on a PC, will read in UID code, show the complete data stream including the RS, GS and EOT characters on screen, parse the data into the appropriate fields, can tell if the data is Construct 1 or Construct 2, and can tell if the format is valid or invalid.
